About Build Works Group
Built for the Way You Live, Work & Grow
Build Works Group is a locally owned Colorado construction company specializing in new home construction, residential renovations, commercial remodeling and improvements, and ongoing property services throughout Western Colorado.
Built on decades of experience in real estate, property operations and construction, we bring a broader perspective to every project. We understand that successful construction isn’t simply about building something well—it’s about understanding how a space needs to function, how it will be used, and how today’s decisions will impact its value for years to come.
From New Construction to Reimagining Existing Spaces
Whether we’re building a new home from the ground up, transforming an existing home, renovating a commercial property, or helping a business improve and maintain its space, our approach begins the same way: understand the vision, think through the details, and build with purpose.
Our work includes:
- New Home Construction – Thoughtfully designed homes that balance architecture, functionality, craftsmanship, and the way people actually live.
- Residential Remodeling & Renovations – From kitchens and bathrooms to additions and whole-home transformations, we help homeowners reimagine the spaces they already love.
- Commercial Construction & Improvements – Remodels, tenant improvements, build-outs, renovations, and construction solutions for offices, retail spaces, financial institutions, and other commercial properties.
- Property Improvements & Maintenance – Reliable ongoing construction and maintenance support for residential and commercial property owners who want a trusted team that understands their property beyond a single project.
A Different Approach to Construction
What sets Build Works Group apart is the experience we bring before construction ever begins.
Our background in real estate, development, property management, and construction allows us to look at a project from multiple perspectives. We think about design and craftsmanship, but also functionality, durability, long-term maintenance, marketability, and value.
From initial planning and design through construction and completion, our team emphasizes clear communication, thoughtful problem-solving, collaboration, and attention to detail. We work closely with our clients, designers, architects, trade partners, and suppliers to keep projects moving forward while protecting the vision behind them.
We believe the best projects aren’t simply well built. They are well thought out.
Local Experience. Lasting Relationships.
Build Works Group is proud to call Western Colorado home. We live here, work here, raise our families here, and build for the communities around us.
Whether you’re planning your next home, considering a major renovation, transforming a commercial space, or looking for a construction partner you can continue to rely on long after the project is complete, we’re here to help bring the vision to life.
